The most unfriendly, unhelpful, absolutely useless employees that are only good at making appointments on their little iPad. Not actually doing anything to help customers. Awful. Will drive half an hr each way, pay for tolls and parking just to get to another store to avoid this horrid lot.

Terrible. I went there with a simple question about the payments and such and the young boy that assisted me not only treated me like a stupid, but also he told me to go Optus if I wasn't happy. He couldn't even be bothered to talk. Terrible.

To get replacement sim ask me to wait 45 minutes in store. Lair store manager asked me if I have ID photo ID, Which they need to scan for new sim card, When person served me, he just check my ID not a scan my ID. The person seeing customer at first, he has bias against the race

Zim & Jarrod provided great friendly and knowledgeable service & advice on phone options as well as plan selection. Had what I chose in stock, so walked out within an hour all set up with new phone. Highly recommend this team.

I am writing this review specifically for Telstra Brunswick store. I wanted to return an item that was purchased in the Telstra Highpoint store. Since the highpoint store was very busy, they suggested I can go to another Telstra store to return it. I called the Brunswick store before coming in. However, when i was there in person, they told me that there is no cooling off period and the purchase can't be returned ! I was shocked to hear it and went back to the highpoint store and they confirmed that the device can be returned! Very disappointing service by Brunswick guys! they just didn't wish to return the purchase for some reason disappointing!!!!!

Poor service. Went into the store to rectify a phone issue that Telstra created. Not interested in customer service, as I wasn't buying anything. Was made to wait for over an hour, why they were serving customers that were buying their products. Extremely disappointing.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Appalling customer service, unwilling to rectify their mistakes. Just another example of how lazy and incompetent Telstra is. Go to Optus, Vodafone or anywhere but here.
